Payment & Cancellations
Upon booking, the total payment is due to New York Golf Trail. This
includes the advance tee times, overnight accommodations, golf carts,
and all taxes. MasterCard, Visa and personal checks are accepted.
For Your Golf Party
There is no cancellation fee if your golf party gives the New York
Golf Trail 48 hours notice. Golf parties that cancel with less than
48 hours notice will forfeit 50 percent of their total travel package
cost.
For Individuals within a Group
There is no cancellation fee for individuals who give the New York Golf
Trail at least 24 hours notice. If the New York Golf Trail is not
notified of the change in the number of golfers in 24 hours or more,
the individual will forfeit 50 percent of his or her travel package
cost.

Rain-Outs
If you can not play because of rain, please send your rain checks with a
note to the New York Golf Trail and we'll issue you a refund for the
greens fee(s).
